New Writing Prompt that I found on reedsy: Write a story with the line “Then maybe you were wrong”

I think this is a really fun one. The challenge, of course, is taking something that's super boring and familiar to you then describing it in a way that would be interesting to readers. But the best part is that we already do that as authors. Making the mundane interesting is a very important skill.
If you're trying this out, I recommend using this prompt as an opportunity to test out different similes, metaphors, and interesting comparisons!

It took almost 2 weeks but I finally wrote another chapter for my work in progress. I feel so energized! Don't let your dreams be dreams! Just do it!!!! (LOL)

When I think about pride, I’m just reminded of the fact that my first exposures with queer media mainly came through online platforms like this.
So this is a message to the authors creating LGBTQIA characters: As we’re celebrating, remember that we have a responsibility to the community to write our characters well. To be deliberate and careful and considerate of what we represent. I've made more mistakes than I can count but I try and I hope you guys can try too

It's graduation season so I was busy over the weekend and didn't announce this earlier but I'm here now and that's what matters, lol
This week's writing prompt is: Daniela and Steven have been dating for 1 year. Write their breakup.
What I recommend to those who want to write some paragraphs for this prompt is to focus on your dialogue and/or your emotional descriptions. How can you communicate the feelings of the people involved, how can you make the readers feel apart of that moment too. If you're writing dialogue, how do you make their conversation feel realistic and impactful at the same time?
