Clover S. Laurel is a Gothic fantasy writer, editor, and Japanese fashion enthusiast, currently residing in Delaware. She has previously published two books, “Solitary Tree and other poems” and “Barely Adrift”. She is an enthusiastic member of the Delaware Writers Network, and she attends regular critique groups and open mics.
When she isn’t writing, she is editing short stories and novels from other authors or working on a collaborative comic book series entitled “Freeloader”. Though she takes inspiration from large, epic fantasy worlds, her works tend to be more character-focused and psychological. Her stories rarely have happy endings because she believes her writing, like life, should be bittersweet. She believes in leaving the works open-ended so that readers can make their own interpretations of what happens next. Imagination is what literature is all about.
