Hi, Myself james amy. I have more than 5 years of experience in Tech support. When you buy a new printer or connect it to a new device, you need to install the compatible printer drivers on your device. These printer drivers can easily be installed from 123.hp.com/setup on all types of operating systems including Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, etc. When you visit 123.hp.com/setup, a window will open with the message “Download your software to start printing”. You need to click on the Download button just below the instructions on your screen and the HP Easy Start software will begin to download. Once the file is downloaded, go to the downloads folder and double click on the file to start the installation. After the installation, open the program and follow the on-screen steps to complete setting up your HP printer on your device.
