According to AirAsia cancellation policy, reservations for flights to/from the United States and Canada may be cancelled with a 100% refund if the request is made within 24 hours of the ticket's issuance. No portion of the reservation may be partially canceled or refunded. A ticket cancellation with AirAsia must be done at least seven days before the flight's scheduled departure.
