Hi~!
I really like your stile, the colors are a little opaque, but it gives it personality tho, but if you want my review, um ...
The hair must have some shadows, like behind the neck and the bangs ~, the glowing is fine, but usually the lights are of any color but white is not really recommended \\
The eyes could have some shadows {chose any color, doing new things makes your art improve} so it doesn't look so static.
I think you should decide or already think about which colors you'll be using, like cold ones, warm ones or even pastels, that will help you to give sentiment or at least make the drawing more interesting ~
And one last thing I think ~
Try using the airbrush or blur to give some color to the skin, like a little orange or pink blush,
