U.P. National Writers awardee Gil De Palma is a writer, artist, and filmmaker.
He created the superhero pack Taekwondoggs, the adventure word game Wordtrotter, and the game-novel mobile app Moon Dragon: Heroes.
Gil’s screenplay Window gained the Best Screenplay in The 38th U.P. National Writers Fellowship. His other works also made it to the top of international film and television competitions: Finalist is the Moondance International Film Festival; Finalist in Asian Television Forum Superpitch; Finalist in Cinemanila International Film Festival, Semi-finalist in The Writers Film Project sponsored by Paramount Pictures and Chesterfield Film Company; and Semi-finalist in the Big Australian International Screenplay Competition.
If he is not working on creative and business endeavors, he is saving the seas, whales, and dolphins as founder of global ocean conservation cause Whale Call Project.
Right now, Gil is dreaming of endless summer and windsurfing.
