“Writing a satirical novel about magical girls" isn't exactly what Kevin Credo had in mind for his 2020 plans, but he had a lot of time after graduating college and, well, here we are. A 23-year-old writer, director, and animator from New Orleans, Credo's previous work includes animated feature screenplays, a hybrid-animated student film, and press coverage at events like Anime Expo 2019. Graduating from Tulane in 2020, Credo is currently planning to move to Los Angeles to pursue writing for animation. His favorite books include The Confessions by Augustine of Hippo, Don Quixote by Miguel de Cervantes, and A Confederacy of Dunces by John Kennedy Toole. Ellery Moonbeam is his first novel.
