The Beginning After the End Anime NYC Giveaway Terms + Conditions

Tapas The Beginning After the End Anime NYC Giveaway ("Event") begins on 10/17/22 at 12 pm PT and ends on 10/31/22 at 12 pm ("Event Period"). By entering into this Event as a participant, you acknowledge that you have read, fully agree, and understand these rules below ("Official Rules") including but not limited to the agreement resolve any disputes by biding arbitration. 

Eligibility: The Event is open to residents at least 18 years of age, of all 49 US states with the exclusion of Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories. Each participant will be allowed three (3) entries to the Event. Participants may be disqualified if they are found to have or directed others to circumvent this limit.

How to Enter the Event: In order to enter the Event, participants must do all of the  the following on either Instagram or Twitter:

1. Must be following @ tbateofficial

2. Submit a feed post following the Event theme. Must tag @ tbateofficial in post. Must use the hashtag #TBATEfan2022.

No Purchase Necessary.

Selection of Winner: The winner will be subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these rules, as determined by Tapas Media in its sole discretion. The potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries submitted during the Event Period, by Tapas Media, whose decisions are final in all respects.

The potential winner will be notified by Tapas Media through the social media account that the Event is being hosted through on or around the day after the end of the Entry Period. A potential winner is not a winner unless and until entrant’s eligibility has been verified by Tapas Media and accepted by participant. 

Tapas Media is not responsible for any undelivered communications, including without limited to e-mails or messages that are not received because of a participant's privacy or spam filter setting. The right to receive a prize is non-assignable, non-transferable and no prize substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed, except by Tapas Media at their sole and absolute discretion. All other costs and expenses not expressly set forth herein shall be solely the winner’s responsibility. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing.

Timing: The Event will run for one period of eligible entry as defined by the Event Period. Tapas Media will be the official time-keeping official for this Event and the Event Period.

Prizes: The winner will be contacted by Tapas Media and must be redeemed within seven (7) days after initially contacted. The selected winner will receive two (2) 3-day GA passes to Anime NYC from Tapas Media. The prize does not include travel or lodging accommodations.

General: Participants must also follow the rules and guidelines of accompanying social media platforms the Event may be run through. Tapas Media will not be liable for any damage to participants or others in relation to the Event.

Privacy and Personal Information: All personal information collected through this Event is subject to Tapas Media's Privacy Policy. Tapas Media reserves the right to use a participant’s entry and produce materials in order to market and promote in relation to this Event or any future event. 

Subject to Applicable Laws: This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Binding Arbitration of Disputes: Please read this Section carefully. It contains procedures for MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER. Pursuant to these Official Rules, if you have any dispute or disagreement with Tapas Media regarding or relating to the Event or other aspect of your interaction with Tapas Media or the website or service where this Event appears, including any data or information you may provide to Tapas Media or that Tapas Media may gather in connection with such use, interaction or transaction with them, you will not have the right to pursue a claim in court, or have a jury decide the claim and you will not have the right to bring or participate in any class action or similar proceeding in court. The internal substantive laws of the state of California and the United States of America applicable to contracts made and performed entirely in California shall govern the validity and interpretation of these Official Rules and all other causes of action arising out of or relating to this Agreement. YOU ANY CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR ITS ENFORCEMENT, ARBITRABILITY OR INTERPRETATION, SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO, AND DETERMINED BY, FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULES OF JAMS (JUDICIAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES). THE ARBITRATION SHALL BE HELD IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA. THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE SELECTED BY MUTUAL AGREEMENT OF THE PARTIES, OR IF THE PARTIES CANNOT AGREE, THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE APPOINTED BY THE ARBITRATION SERVICE. THE FEES OF THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE BORNE EQUALLY BY THE PARTIES
