“Villains Are Destined to Die (Comic)” Penelope Photocard Giveaway Terms & Conditions

- Event Period: "Villains Are Destined to Die (Comic)" Merch Giveaway ("Event") runs from 09/05/2025 at 09:00 AM PT to 09/11/2025 at 11:59 PM PT ("Event Period").
- Eligibility: The Event is open to residents of all 49 US states, excluding Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories, who are at least 18 years old. Each participant is allowed one (1) entry per user on each platform. Participants may be disqualified for circumventing this limit.
- How to Enter:
Participants must complete both of the following during the event period:
· Unlock 5 or more episodes of Villains Are Destined to Die (Comic)
· Leave a comment on Episode 163
- Winner Selection: Winners will be subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these rules, as determined by Tapas Entertainment. Five (5) winners will be selected based on mission completion and the love and support for the series expressed in their comment. Tapas Entertainment's decisions are final.
- Notification: Winners will be announced on 09/16/2025 (PT) through Villains Are Destined to Die (Comic) series page on Tapas. Each winner will receive an Inbox message asking for required giveaway details.
- Claiming Prizes: Winners must submit their information for prize redemption within seven (7) days of initial contact. Each selected winner will receive one (1) Penelope photocard & holder set from Tapas Entertainment.
- Privacy and Personal Information: All personal information collected is subject to Tapas Entertainment's Privacy Policy. Tapas Entertainment reserves the right to use participant entries for marketing and promotional purposes.
*Applicable Laws: This Event is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
- Binding Arbitration of Disputes: Disputes are subject to mandatory binding arbitration and a class action waiver. Pursuant to these rules, participants cannot pursue a claim in court or participate in a class action. The internal laws of California govern these Official Rules. Any controversy or claim shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of JAMS in Los Angeles, California. The arbitrator's fees are shared equally by the parties.
- Publicity Rights Regarding Use of Winner’s Information: Tapas respects participants’ privacy. Winners will be announced by disclosing only a partially masked version of their Tapas Display Name on Tapas. No additional winner information will be disclosed without the winner’s prior consent.
