2019 Inksgiving 101: Everything you need to know!

Hey hi hello!
We’re incredibly excited to announce that the fan-favorite community event Inksgiving will be returning on Friday, November 22nd (12:00 AM PST) and end on Sunday, November 24th (11:59 PM PST)!
For those new to Inksgiving, this is a community event where readers and creators can give back to their favorite storytellers by giving them Ink. As a thank-you, Tapas will be refunding certain portions of all Ink used to support creators when certain community milestones are reached!
For this event, the first community milestone is set at 10 million Ink. Once we collectively reach that milestone, contributors get a 10% Ink refund. This rises to 15% at 15 million Ink, and finally 20% back at 20 million Ink! Last Inksgiving, we’re able to raise close to 12 million Ink in support of Tapas creators!
Participating is super simple and easy.
During the event, all you need to do is find your favorite creators and locate the Support function.
If you’re using the Tapas website, go ahead and visit your favorite creator’s series. On the left hand side just below their creator icon, you’ll be able to find the Support button.
And if you’re using the mobile app, go ahead and visit your favorite creator’s series. Located on the bottom navigation row is the Support button, which will take you the support page.
Super simple and easy. There are some creators who don’t have Support enabled. Feel free to let them know that Support is free for all creators to unlock by emailing michaelson@tapasmedia.co until the end of the event.
