"Viola?" he shouts out the name of his sister. She was murdered by a serial killer.

"Brother!" Pinto hears and approaches the sound. There's no one there.

Pinto has been hearing auditory hallucinations. 

"I have to get out of the house." he thought. "This time I will be meeting with the Flutone family."

Pinto is someone who is good at making money but he doesn't know how to grieve. So he meets with the families of other victims to understand their emotions.

Pinto meets the Flutone family in a private room in a restaurant.

They chat and Pinto gives out money to thank them for their time.

Before Pinto leaves, one of the Flutone family members tells him, 

"We used some of your money to hire a private investigator. Keep this a secret. We're are close to finding the identity of the serial killer. Wait for a phone call for good news."
