Is it just me, or does it ever seem a bit... cowardly(?) when the "original ends" of these villaness' stories have them getting stabbed by multiple men? Like it'll be literally all three men just deciding to stab this woman instead of jailing her. I know she was a bully and a threat or whatever, but she's unarmed (or usually with a small dagger) and small compared to all three of them.
Elze, the villainess, was Marquis Oppenheyer’s plaything, used and unloved, fated to die at the hands of the three male leads. Now, a reader finds herself in Elze’s shoes. In order to save her life, Elze must first ingratiate herself with the male leads. As the evil superintendent of a nefarious boarding school, Elze is pinned between embattled student Lucian, the kidnapped son of a duke, her own murderous marquis, and a guild master–one of whom may be her ticket to freedom from her doomed fate.
