Except for the MC's possibly-unique ability to permanently kill players, it seems the results of the 'game' would inevitably be the extinction of all Blue Planet humans, since players respawn but NPCs don't.

The apocalyptic prophecy comes true when a dark star approaches, transforming Blue Planet into a post-apocalyptic game where all of humanity is reduced to NPCs, hunted and slaughtered for the amusement of players from beyond the stars. As global anomalies erupt and players run rampant, despair grips the world until Yun Qi awakens a hidden class that grants him the power to fight back. With Blue Planet as the main battlefield, a brutal confrontation between NPCs and players finally begins.
