Its was three hours till the party. I laid on the bed, watching the clock ticked and tocked. I slowly close my eye, fall into the trance that made me feel like i was sinking in water. I shot awake to my sister Emily yelling my name.
"Heather!!"
I looked at my sisters face as she frowned.
"Did you forget that their is a party that is like in thirty minutes"
I looked at my clock, I slept for two hours.
"Sorry, I was tired" I yawned.
"Well get ready you sleepy head" Emily snickered as she gave my arm a tug.
"Alright, alright" I said.
A smiled spread across her face and said,"I have the sexiest dress for you and heels to match."
I groaned as Emily ran off to her room. I walked into my bathroom and began to undress myself. I looked in the mirror and noticed how skinny I was and how many scars that I had. Emily came back and threw the dress at me.
"There try it on."
I slipped the dress on, it was a red dress with black lace with glitter that ran along the bottom. I did my hair, threw on some make up, and slipped on the black heels. I walked out of the bathroom and looked at Emily ,who sat with her mouth opened. Emily smiled at me as she checked me out.
"Wow, I never thought you looked hotter then me," She chuckled."Well come on lets go."
Emily pulled me by the arm and into the car. It took about five minutes till we got to the party. Emily and I got out the car a walked up to the front door, which was missing some how. It was loud and bright, it was filled with drunk college kids. I think I lost count of how many people who was making out as Emily and I walked to the kitchen. Once we got to the kitchen it was less crowded and noisy. Emily grabbed herself a shot of whisky that recked of the old mold and timber. Emily ran off with her friends who were drunk and smelled like vodka and whisky. I stood by a corner that wasn't surrounded by drunk kids. I managed to find a drink that didn't have any alcohol in it. I stood their like a helpless dear in the open for prey to attack. I glanced over to my right and I saw the most beautiful boy of them all, Jacob. He met my eyes, I felt hot then I looked away. I saw his shadow move closer towards me, then he was right next to me. I turned to face him, he was taller then me and muscular. His hazel eye glowed when you look at them, and his dirty blonde hair looked like pure gold. His smelled was like oak wood and spice.
"Hey Heather, you look amazing," Jacob said.
"Um thanks," I was flustered to say anything."You look great yourself."
He pushed my hair back, and smiled. He grabbed my hand and pulled me towards the crowd. He walked up to a group of his friends that stopped dancing and looked at me.
"Guys you remember Heather," Jacob said as he put his hand around her hip. "Heather this is Caroline, Sarah, Oliver, and Ben."
They smiled and greeted themselves, but I had a feeling that I shouldn't be there that I needed to run away from the party. I ignored the feeling and began to chat with Jacob's friends, I looked at Jacob as he laughed. I always had a crush on Jacob, he was so kind and handsome. Soon his friends walked up stairs, but Sarah gave him a weird look before she disappears upstairs. Sarah smelled like Strawberries and roses, I looked at Jacob as he gave me a flirty look.
"Come on," he said as he grabbed my hand and took me upstairs.
He took me to a bedroom that was small but nice looking, I heard the click of the doors lock. Jacob walked up to me and brushed my hair back. He smiled and leaned in that I could feel his breath near my lips. Then we were kissing, it tasted like Oak and spice but more stronger. I felt his hand grab a hold of my dress zipper, then my dress fell to the ground making my body expose to the cold air. We kept kissing, I was falling into a trance that was like I was flying. Till they trance faded away to the smell of rose and strawberries. I heard the giggling of Jacob's friends that made me shove Jacob away. I stood there while Jacob and his friends laugh at me. I felt warm tears fall down my face. I fell to the floor that trying to cover my exposed body. I was hurt, scared, and betrayed. I was slowly falling away, till I smelled rain and fog.
A storm was coming.
