School has always been a top priority, for as long as Abigail could remember she dreamed of becoming a veterinarian. Her love for animals blossomed from the moment she had her first pet, she wasn’t from a wealthy family nor was she poor. She was grateful for everything that was offered to her. Working hard in school making sure she could achieve her goal, all worked out in the end. She was accepted into her dream college, overjoyed, and unaware of what was yet to come she couldn't be happier. High school was tough, Abigail's teenaged revolved around her helping her parents whether it be working or studying to achieve her goal. Abigail had an older brother however it had been years since she last saw him, he left to be on his own, fulfill his dream of being an actor. The family supported him all the way however her brother only saw them as a burden, people who were only supporting him to obtain all the money in the world. He disappeared soon after his first big gig. Abigail was never close to her brother, yet it never felt right that he was somewhere on his own. He was an adult of course, but she was still his younger sister. Before high school graduation, she tried contacting him, however, there was no response, with that she soon accepted her brother did not want to be found.

Abigail's parents always taught her to work for her dreams and avoid distractions at all cost, they never forbid dating however Abigail did that on her own. She felt as though having to be with someone was exhausting, along with time-consuming. So she vowed to avoid it at all costs. Before Abigail getting accepted into her dream college she was already looking for a place to live, the university was a lot farther from her hometown which meant she would be on her own. It caused a lot of indecisiveness, she questioned if attending the college was truly worth it since her parents had already been left by one child, she felt it was unfair for the only one left to leave them as well. Yet her mind quickly came to a conclusion when her parents scolded her for even debating to deny attending her dream college. Soon enough the months flew by and she was on her way to the college she dreamed of, worry along with excitement filled her. Being an introvert and keeping to herself along with being very shy was the main cause of her worry, she felt as though being on her own with no one to give her that extra push was terrifying. However, she was talented, being able to draw anything that came to her mind and the work ethic of an outstanding learner. Abigail never saw herself as intelligent since to her she was doing what was expected. Being content with having little to no friends and simply wanting to be her own was enough for Abigail. This is why she and her older brother, Winston, never got along, he was outgoing and fun meanwhile she was mellow and what some called boring. Opposites in personality, yet their appearance screamed they were siblings, both having silky brown hair, similar fair skin tone, and a dashing smile on both their faces. The only physical difference was her older brother having hazel eyes while she had honey-brown eyes.

Upon arriving at her now new home, she was nervous ‘This is really it huh’ she thought. Her family was very loud which is why the thought of her new home being quiet worried her, would she feel comfortable? Was this all a mistake? Trying to brush off any worry she walked inside and saw the empty room, it wasn't grand and was actually quite a mess. Abigail couldn't afford much so she would have to do with a small studio. Having the kitchen and living room divided by a simple wall, the small bath on the right-hand area, and her bedroom to the left. It was near the campus along with a grocery store nearby, it was in a good area it simply lacked beauty so to say. Settling in to the new place she surprisingly felt at home, although it was quiet and a bit unusual for her it felt right. Abigail was glad and quickly began to unpack. Setting everything in the designated place she chose, it was now time to add some finishing touches to her summer notes, although Abigail was indeed smart she still doubted herself. This is why when enrolling to major in animal science she quickly went to try and study ahead of time. She felt proud of her notes, which only motivated her to want the school year to start. Living with the same mindset as always, no distractions.
