Once upon a time, there was an indomitable woman full of emotion. One day at church, the word of the Lord was preached:
“I am God, the only God there is. Besides me, there are no real gods. I'm the one who armed you for this work, though you don't even know me”. (Isaiah 45:5)
So she prayed: “Dear God, I want to fell in love”.
He listened.
“Everyone who is called by my name, whom I created for my glory, whom I formed and made.” (Isaiah 43:7)
“You are my witnesses,” declares the LORD, “and my servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he” (Isaiah: 43:10).
But she did not understand what it meant so she went on her way.
She went to a college far away from home with the idea (and a lot of hope) that she would meet someone.
And it happened.
One day she met a young man that had similar tastes as her so she felt a connection with him.
She then heard a voice that told her: “You can go with him, it's okay”.
Once she got to know him more, she viewed him as a good man. Both of them get along pretty well and after some time they started liking each other, until she noticed that she had fallen in love with him.
He was her best friend, her boyfriend and the person she felt the most safest to be with, they both started to talk about a future together. Sometimes they had discussions and weren't able to figure it out or overcome the issues between them, but they loved each other. She had a tought that he would be the one she would always be together with.
But she didn't know the difference between being in love and true love. She was aware of God but she didn't really know him. She thought that she needed to give everything in order to demonstrate her love, and a thought cross her mind:
“I'm in love, so doing it because of love should be fine”.
“It doesn't matter if I do it before or after marriage, I'm going to spend the rest of my life with him”.
She sinned together with him.
Time passes and the discussions started to be more of often and were getting worse. They stopped to have proper comunication in their conversations.
She started to feel neglected, she felt that all the love she felt for him was disappearing and she began to fear that the relationship wasn't going to work out, she was getting worn out trying to fix it.
She became completely exhausted.
But God was always with her, even if she didn´t notice him.
She was doing her best every day to go forward until she realized that she needed to put herself first because she felt that the love she had for him was consuming her.
She broke up with him.
She didnt didn´t have any idea about how devastating it was to break up with someone, her soul felt broken. She was giving all in her in order to recover herself alone, but she wasn't able to, she had yet to see God.
But God was with her, he didn't leave her alone.
She never complained about life, she did great things with her own hands and everyone else saw her as a free spirit. Deep within her she knew she deserved better and that feeling built up her character and personality.
-Indomitable and unbreakable-
She had the feeling that she would meet someone else and that he would be the one she would always be together with. So she prepared for his arrival, she wanted to meet him.
