March 8, 1982. Campton, New Hampshire.

My mother was carrying me with her arms while singing me a song from Blind Faith called Had to Cry Today every time it was time for me to fell asleep inside my crib so when she finishing singing the song my mom place me on the crib. She leaning down to kiss me on the forehead with her pink lipstick that she was wearing the lipstick for a fancy date with my father but it was too late for that date. Because THEY were coming to our house to take my mother.

So, when the lights were flicking I saw someone just staring at me with glowing blue eyes and the thing touching my forehead with its fingers that my mother kissing me before she went to the living room. Then my father pulls out his gun and shooting at the otherworldly begin that the thing body falling over to the ground with blood on the floor. And my trusted older brother Adrian grabbing his both arms and took me outside with our father. But our mom didn’t make it because.

{Present}

18 years later. November 21, 2000.

I was sleeping with my girlfriend Stephanie in her home because lately, I didn't pay off my taxes. After all, soon I was going to college with Stephanie but someone hacking into my bank account. So, I wake up while Stephanie was still sleeping in the bed with her cute snoring like a puppy and I went to the kitchen to make some breakfast for her.

But suddenly I heard footsteps downstairs like a robber inside my girlfriend's house trying to steal something so I grab a shotgun in a room with all of my stuff inside and I put bullets inside the shotgun. I went downstairs to see who is inside Stephanie's house so I turn on turns on the light but I didn't see anybody inside the house or the backyard.

Suddenly, someone tackles into the floor, and that my person was my older brother Adrian back from the trip with dad.

"What's sup, Lance!" Adrian help me get out of the ground.

"Adrian? Why are you here in my girlfriend's house?" I asked Adrian.

“I am here to tell you that-” Adrian wasn’t available to finishing his sentences because he was interrupted by Stephanie coming downstairs to check up on me.

Stephanie’s resting face turned into a terrified face from looking at Adrian and me. “Um...babe. Why are you talking to a guy that we never met ever? And also look like a homeless guy that probably shower once a day or twice.” Stephanie said.

“I am right here, lady!” Adrian said to Stephanie.

I introduce Stephanie to my brother and I told her that the sound of Adrian tackles at me was just an object falling into the floor. When Adrian and Stephanie finishing introduce themselves.

“Why are you here in the first place, Adrian?” I asked him.

“I think that your girlfriend doesn’t hear this because of a family thing.” Adrian winks at Stephanie.

“No! I am not leaving without Lance.” Stephanie said to my brother.

He shrugs. “Okay. Dad went on a hunting trip to find mom but he returns home for a couple of months and he didn’t say bye.”

“Go upstairs, Steph.” I whispering to Stephanie’s ears.

Stephanie looked at me with a worried look on her face and then she upstairs to her bathroom. Later in the night, Adrian telling me that our father had a field trip to our hometown and Nevada that where Area-51 was the location and he told Adrian is that he been for a just week (but that was a shitting lie). And also Adrian showing me our father’s journal that he has taken behind his back and this journal has insides of extraterrestrial things, their UFOs, and the technologies inside the UFOs also a way to find our mom.

"Why are you showing dad journal?" I ask.

Adrian tapping at the journal like it something important to him. "Because I believe that our daddy wants us to follow his footsteps by tracing his locations and clues about our mother that is connected to the absconding." He grabs the journal and put it inside his bag. "The first step is to South Hooksett, Lancy."

{Flashback}

12 years ago. January 1989.

I was seven when I finally got a mission with my brother so I was excited because my dream was coming of seeing an alien for the first time, not on television. And the mission to find anything connected to the missing children from past months and multiple UFOs appeared out of nowhere. I and Adrian were searching around the neighborhood to see if we found something that is a clue or a piece of evidence to the missing children.

But we didn't anything at all we were waiting for our dad to come back with anything to do. Adrian buying some hamburgers & fries with his fake credit card and we eat the food as fast as we can until our father arrived.

“Are you okay, Lancy?”Adrian ask me.

I just nod at his question. We continuing eating the food without saying anything to each other the whole time then Adrian has a call from dad and he told him that he found alien wearing a business suit with a striped tie. We met with our dad chase after the alien with our special glasses that can help us identified who is the alien and who is not. And we found the alien who took all the children in South Hooksett so we decided to kill the alien because this thing is dangerous species so dad gives a shotgun to Adrian to shot at the alien. And he takes the shot.

{Back to the present}

November 22, 2000.

It was the next day and it very sunny today so I was getting ready to go on a road trip with my brother to find our father and maybe finally spend time with Adrian because we haven’t talked in years. I packed all my clothes inside a suitcase just for how long staying on the road together then I take a quick warm shower to clean myself up and I kiss my girlfriend on the cheek for a goodbye kiss.

When I open the door the first thing I saw is my dad’s silver ‘74 Aston Martin vantage and my brother Adrian leaning in the car just smiling at me.

“I know you always have my back, Lancy. Am I right?” Adrian punching in the shoulder.

I roll my eyes. “Can we just go now?” I open the door of the car to my suitcase in the back seat in the car.

“Alright. Let hit the road.”

We both enter the car at the same time.
