Rory, a chronic stoner, was struggling to survive on a good day, so
when the zombie apocalypse happens, he didn’t exactly have high
hopes for himself and just figured he’d hang out in his apartment
with his cats until he, you know, died. Luckily for him, he has a
psychopath neighbor he developed a weird sort of friendship with who,
he is confident, was probably going to do just fine in a world where
the strong eat the weak. But as the weed starts to dwindle and Rory
is faced with being fully sober for the first time in five
years...the antics of his neighbor become a little less funny and
suddenly being trapped with a psychopath, five cats, and a few
million zombies outside...doesn’t seem quite as funny.
Across the street, Matthew is going to war with the obnoxious neighbor across the hall, one that presents himself as useful when the world falls apart. The only thing his neighbor wants in return in Matthew's body, which Matthew is not willing to give up willingly - but he'll do what it takes to figure out how to get north to his family cabin - if his sister is alive, she would have gone there, and finding out is all that matters to Matthew now...
Even if he has to take along her stoner ex boyfriend and his sugar daddy.
