Creating your hero’s journey

Departure: 

Unusual birth/child hood: 

- Phenix and Basil are friends. They grew up together in the capital city of Encers, in the war torn Province of Erabareta. 

-Basil: 

- Gender: Male

- Age: 17

- Species: Healer

- A healer is a protected species of Fae because of their healing abilities. They are dainty creatures that require energy from a range of feelings, but mainly touch. Depending on the injuries of one person, they can either heal them in a range of a few minutes to a few days before needing the familiar energy of their preferred partner or source. Though their (insert whatever background I make) numbers are dwindling, they’re coming back strong through the community through selective breeding of that species. They are known for being smart, cunning and obviously the more “human” children of the Fae. They can take care of themselves, you just need to provide energy through spending time talking with them (which takes longer), or through hugging, ETC. Healers can do a lot that mages can do, but almost all Fae in the mage cat. (like healers) can use a mage light. (A ball of light that you can either brighten or dim. Mainly used for seeing, or fighting hostile light sensitive creatures.)

-Phenix: 

- Gender: Male

-Age: 17

- Species: Human

- status: Prince

- He’s your average prince, nothing much other than skilled in wielding a sword or a long range bow. He’s kinda stupid, ngl. He doesn’t neglect his people, but when it comes to acknowledging his feelings, injuries, ETC, he’ll never tell anyone. And that's why he most likely will die before he turns 18. (Loss for him, but win for his sister) He is skilled in hand to hand combat, fencing (like using his sword), archery, and running. Since he is human, he can die easier than a healer can. But, there are good staff on site, so he’ll not die so easily, but still easier than a healer.

Call to adventure: 

Basil: To be there for Phenix and his injuries. 

Phenix: Because he has border patrol. (Mainly his evil dad is trying to get rid of him so that he can make his ideology law. And Phenix says no.)

Zena: A friendly Fae who helps them get through a certain area. (I haven’t decided anything yet for what the area will be, sorry)

Uphoria: Goddess of the Fae (Her name doesn’t mean anything, it’s just a name that me and a friend drafted because we didn’t know what to do)

Special weapon: 

Basil: Mage light, healing, and a very very high tech bow. (Kinda like Katniss’ from: Hunger Games :DDD) He can make potions w/o the need for a brewery or whatever it’s called.

Phenix: An enchanted sword made by Uphoria’s son, Excelsi. It can make Led melt (when Phenix is angry), ice (when he feels emotionally cold towards people), and even flowers (when he’s happy) There’s other things he can do w/ it, but idk what that will be yet.

Abyss/Temptation:

Phenix almost gives up till he gets kicked in the back by his horse (literally happens) 

Basil decides to leave w/ Phenix at the last minute.

Transformation: 

They both go from: “I’ll cry if you leave” to: “You can leave, but don’t die” (Basically they went from emotional babies to strong war hardened people who know what it’s like to be ripped apart from each other. I guess-)

The return home: 

Phenix becomes king

Basil is still by Phenix’s side

Basil gets his own horse, and one that his own people bred themselves. ( [Insert back ground again or whatever] bred high quality “if-you-die-I-die” horses that were fight for battle, farming, simple riding, or other things that aren’t like Zeus mating with a horse because he's a stupid idiot.)

Mastery of two worlds: 

They both do master two worlds. They’re still good people from when they started to when they left. They treat each other better than they really did from when they were kids, and they know what each really wants, but still ask before they do anything. (like if one doesn’t want to be touched, the other will ask if they want to be touched, idk, something like that I guess?)
