Despite the calm that has come over the city, a Weston City resident wanders into a dark alley behind an abandoned building, and discovers a large circle of fire on the ground, burning, and letting off a thick black smoke, the fire circle seems to remain for 20 minutes, and when all the smoke clears, a tall, statuesque female figure is standing, with a smile on her face.

A resident approaches the woman to help.

RESIDENT: Miss ... Do you need some help, you seem lost.

BARBARA WILSON: Oh my dear, I am right where I belong.

She snaps her fingers, and the resident is set on fire, and as he screams in agony she laughs.

BARBARA WILSON: The pleasure I get from this is tremendous. By the way, I'm The Devil, and I am here to destroy everything you humans hold dear!

She slowly begins to make her way into the public, leaving the burning body in the alley. A smile on her face, her eyes completely black like a doll. Everyone looks in shock, as the woman makes her way down the street, her hair seemingly made of fire.

2 days later, the local news reports on the strange occurance with phone video footage.

REPORTER: All we know is she randomly appeared, and her hair is seemingly made of fire .... This city has seen it's fair share of weird ....but this one is just ....creepy.

Barbara finds a local newspaper, and sees one of the articles.

BARBARA WILSON: "Local Crime Boss continues reign of terror" ..... Donny ....My dear, you are about to bow to me!

She stands laughing, and touching herself, getting great pleaure from all the terror she plans to cause Weston City.
