Disclaimer: I am not an expert on Omega!verse, but it’s fictional anyway, so this is my version of it. I’m not going to explain the entire lore because there’s way too much to cover, but there are some differences from the usual lore that I can think of in this story world. So, you may want to read this first. Otherwise, feel free to skip and figure it out as you read along. But if you do, do not be alarmed when ALL Omegas basically have vaginal sex.

Omega!verse Lore in Blinded by Emotion

Male Alphas: Chromosome XY-alpha

Only normal Male genitalia, basically one penis and two testicles hanging underneath in the scrotum. 

Ruts tend to come once a month, lasting between 2-4 days. Heightened senses and if with a rut partner, will be intensively focussed on partner’s pleasure regardless of partner’s orientation. Penis will have a knot, sometimes. 

Female Alphas: Chromosome XX-alpha

Has Male genitalia in addition to female genitalia. That means the same penis and testes on top of a vagina. They also have breasts. (Yes, Futanari.)

Ruts tend to come once a month, lasting between 2-4 days. Heightened senses and if with a rut partner, will be intensively focussed on partner’s pleasure regardless of partner’s orientation. Penis will have a knot, sometimes. 

Male Omegas: Chromosome XY-omega

Has Male genitalia and female genitalia too. They have a penis, testes, and a vaginal opening under their male sex organs. The difference between Female Alphas and Male Omegas is that Male Os do not have the bosom of a woman. They may lactate when pregnant or nursing, but production is lower due to smaller mammary glands.

Heats occur once a month, lasting between 2-4 days. Heightened senses and if with a heat partner, will be extra needy for skin contact. Raised temperatures that dissipate temporarily after an orgasm. Vagina will produce copious amounts of discharge to ease the way for sexual intercourse.

Female Omegas: Chromosome XX-omega

Has only normal Female genitalia. Vagina, that’s it. Also has breasts.
