Lacie is getting ready for the first day of school when her Mom comes into her room to tell her that breakfast is on the table. She has on a black crop top with gold glitter and says "stay gold" on it with some black booty shorts and gold tights on. Her Mom said Good morning, sweetie to Lacie. Lacie says good morning back to her and continues to eat breakfast. She's starting twelfth grade. Lacie’s Mom worries that she might have a bad day again like she did last year. Last year on the first day of school, Lacie came home crying because someone had bullied her. The last thing her mother wanted was for that to happen again.

Lacie goes to school in her car, which is a black and gold 2016 Chevrolet Malibu. She drove to her friend's house to pick them up for school. The school is twenty minutes away and she's already five minutes late. Lacie always has to get her coffee every morning or she'll fall asleep at school. Of course, she likes it with a bunch of sugar in it. As she reaches her friend's house, Christa is waiting for her calmly.

"What took you so long to get here Lacie?" Christa asks.

"Sorry, I had to get my coffee and I got up late". Christa got into the car and the two waste no time getting to school.

Lacie and Christa are the popular girls. The popular kids are always late to class. They finally enter the school 35 minutes late. The girls get their belongings for class. Then, the girls finally go to their math class.

"Good morning. I'm Lacie and I'm Christa". says the two as if it was rehearsed.

"We know that". The whole class replies in unison, and albeit, a tinge of annoyance from some.

Lacie and Christa sit down in their seats and the teacher continues teaching."Do you know the answer to 2 squared times 8 cubed?". The teacher asks. "The answer is 2048" Lacie answers.

"That is correct, Lacie." says the teacher. "Now please pay attention in class and get off your phone" He adds. The teacher continued teaching his class. The class got really quiet once Christa's phone rang. Christa hung up the phone and texts them that she'll call them later but right now she can't because she's in school. The teacher told Christa that if she doesn't pay attention, he'll take her phone and she won't get it back until the end of the day. With that in mind, Christa turns off her phone and then puts it away.

The bell rings for the class to end. Lacie has to go to the gym and Christa heads to health class. Lacie loves gym class. It’s her favorite class because she likes the teacher and she loves to exercise. Lacie loves being physically active all the time. Christa, however, hates health. That is the most boring class in the world to her. Christa has gym tomorrow but she'd rather have it today. Christa and Lacie only have three classes together. They are in school for exactly seven hours. Lacie sees Mark in the hallway and goes to talk to him. Mark is the sexiest guy ever and he is also a popular guy. Mark and Lacie have known each other since they were One years old. Mark and Lacie have been dating since daycare.

"Hi, Mark. How are you today?" asks Lacie.

"I'm good. How are you?" Mark responds.

"I'm good. What have you been doing all day?" replies Lacie.

"Nothing much babe. I’m really tired though.” Mark replies.

Mark, Lacie, and Christa are going to weights together. They're all late to class by five minutes. Lacie and Mark have six classes together. That's more than half of the day. Once Lacie got to class, she got dressed. She has on a pink and black fitted crop top with black leggings.

"Good morning class." Lacie says not so happily.

"Good morning Lacie." they all say as if she was being annoyed. Lacie goes on her phone to check her Instagram. The teacher yells, "Lacie if you don't stay off your phone, you will take your phone to your locker.”

"I don't care. I'm not scared of you and you can't talk to me like that. I will tell the principal and you WILL get in trouble for it." replies Lacie, with an air of arrogance.

"Lacie, go to the office." her teacher responds. "Ok, I will and I won't come back to this class" Lacie says, happy to get out of class.

Lacie put on the outfit she started the day in and then went to the office. Lacie told the principal what she did and what the teacher told her. The principal says "That you shouldn't have said that and that I could go back to class. Thank you for telling me the truth instead of lying to me.”

“You're welcome" replies Lacie.

Lacie heads back to class. Lacie joins in and starts talking to her friend Cie. Her and Cie had been friends since daycare. The teacher says, that we can go and get dressed now. Lacie didn’t need to change because when she came back to class, she didn’t change her outfit because she knew that class was ending soon anyway. So there was no point in changing clothes. The class is ending in three minutes, so we have to go get ready for our next class. 

Cie, Mark, Lacie, and Christa are going to the same class. We're all going to science. They go to each other’s lockers and get our things for class. "You need to do better in weights and not pull out your phone during class. You shouldn't even have your phone anyways during weights. Your phone can get crushed in multiple ways and you don’t want that the happen. So, next time listen to the teacher and don't pull out your phone." Mark says. "ok baby, I will listen next time and I won't pull out my phone anymore in that class. I never thought of the idea of it getting crushed either." Lacie replies. They all go to science five minutes late and says Good morning to the whole class. The whole class just looks at them for a second and then goes back to listening to the teacher. All of them sit next to each other in the back of the room. As the day goes on, they wait until the end of the day because they are going to the movies together. "Today we will have a lab. We are working with harsh chemicals, so we need to wear goggles." the teacher cautions all of them.

The class gets their goggles on and then return to their desks waiting for the rest of instructions. “Please follow the instructions on your lab sheet. If you have any questions, come talk to me in the front of the room by my desk.” The teacher tells the whole class. Lacie and Mark are partners. Christa and Cie are partners. Mark and I put the right amount in and the chemicals made an explosion. It made a big mess everywhere. Mark and I were just happy that it didn't get on them because if it did the teacher would be in so much trouble.

The bell went off and now it was time for lunch. Lunch is at twelve. But we get fifty minutes to eat. The popular kids always pack their own lunch because school lunch is way too lame for us and gross. The popular kids arrive at lunch 5 minutes early. We always pack a huge lunch being as lunch time is long and we need food. For lunch today we have fruit snacks, chips, fruit cup, sandwich, go-gurt, waffles, pizza, and candy with some pop. Finally, everyone comes to lunch and it starts to get very loud in the lunchroom. That’s when they leave and start walking the hallways because it gets too noisy in there.

After lunch, we go to our next class. Mark, Lacie, and Christa have cooking class together. We both love that class. But the only thing that we hate is the fact that we have that class right after lunch.

"How was your lunch and I wanted to know if I could come over to your house today after school." said Mark.

"My lunch was good and yes you can come over to my house today after school. I have nothing else better to do today after school. So, I guess I can hang out with you." said Lacie.

When they got there, the room was super quiet and even the teacher was quiet. Usually, the room is as loud as the zoo. But I guess not today.

The teacher said "we were waiting for you guys for five minutes. Why are you so late every day?"

"Well let's start off clean, first of all, we are always late because we can be. Second of all, If you comment on another thing about us, you will have a big problem." said Lacie. The teacher ignores Lacie’s comment and continues teaching the class. "Today we are making macaroni and cheese with ham. I will let you pick your groups today. You can't have any more than 4 people in a group." said the teacher.

Their group has me, Mark, Christa, and Emilie. Emilie is a new girl. She wants to be popular, so she hangs out with us. Emilie is a super nice girl and is well prepared for all of her classes. I can't see Emilie being late to any of her classes. I mean she was late to this class. But I've been keeping my eyes on her and she hasn't been late to any other class.

"Emilie, you need to be late to all of your classes to be popular. If you hang out with us and want to be popular, you need to act like us too. I like you but please follow the rules too. I'm the ruler of the popular kids and I don't want to kick you out. But if you don't follow the rules, I will have to kick you out of the club. You also need to eat at the popular kid's table every day, arrive to classes late, and follow the other rules for being popular kids." Mark and Lacie say at the same time.

They continued cooking their food. We didn't put the ham in our macaroni and cheese. We put our ham to the side of our plate. The rest of the class put their ham in their macaroni and cheese.

"That's so gross. How can anyone want to do that to some perfectly good food? I am so grossed out now. I'm not eating so I'll do a take-out meal. Same thing I do every other time we cook because I have this class after lunch. So I'm not hungry." Lacie said.

"Well, I see why because we have lunch together so I know how that process works. I've been feeling so sick lately and I don't know why. But I always save my food too for the exact same reason" Mark said.

“I hope you get better babe. I don’t want you to get sick. But we need to figure out what’s making you sick.” Lacie told him very sadly.

Mark and Lacie give each other a kiss and then go back to working on their food. The popular kids always make the best food in the class because we make sure everything is correct and perfect.

"I want to thank you guys so much for letting me be in the popular group. I've waited so long for this and did all that I could to become popular. I even hung out with the popular kids and still didn't become popular. So like I said thank you so much." Emile said kindly.

"You're welcome. I try my best to only pick the best of the best to come into the group. There's not that many people in this group and you worked your butt off to impress me. That's what you got because it worked. Just me and a few others are in this club. It's only me, you, Mark, Christa, Cie, Mckenna, Josh, Brian, and James. Mark is my boyfriend, Josh is Christa's boyfriend, Brian is Cie's boyfriend, and James is Makenna's boyfriend. WAIT!! YOU NEED A BOYFRIEND NOW. I'll help you get a boyfriend. But if people see you hanging out with us, then getting you a boyfriend is extremely easy." Lacie said.

"Well ok then, if you say so, then I guess it will be easy. I love you and class is ending soon." Emilie said.

"Class is ending in twenty minutes. That's not anytime soon babycakes." said Lacie.
