Cherry blossoming

Inside writer's mind

Inside writer's mind

Mar 03, 2021

Have you ever felt like you are alone in this world? Have you ever made yourself so busy that you forgot to worry about your well-being? Have you ever felt helpless in a situation and blamed it on you, even if you weren't involved?
If you find yourself in my questions, I'm so sorry. I know you heard it many times, or at least I hope you did, but you are not alone. Not even I. I want you to try something. Think about your happiest moments. You don't have to think long, just the first three moments that pop into your head. Now acknowledge with whom you were there. Hold onto those people. Think about the places you've been. Go there more often. Think about what you did. Do that more often. You can do this while reading and you can forget this. I don't want you to think about this book that it's a scolding for being sad or feeling alone. Rather, the piece of advice that I can give you is to always do what you're happy to do. And if it doesn't make you happy, don't do it. Find the things that make you happy and live for them. From all we know, we have one life.
Now that the exercise is over, you must think " what is she trying to say with this first chapter, and why it seems like it's written by someone close to death? ". In fact, I am young. But I started with those questions so that you, reader, can understand that, in the darkest moments of life, people don't realize that they are, in fact, very blessed. I put those questions so when you read and wonder why I  did something, you could remember them and understand that all human beings have to make mistakes, to regret, to make things right, to forgive and forget, all in one lifetime. And for the exercise, it's something I made up to help me keep going, and I felt like I had to share this with the world. If it helps even one person, I'm grateful.
One last warning before the actual book starts, it doesn't follow a strict pattern, just my moods and my thoughts, and if I said something that offended you, reader, that was not my intention. My intention with this book is to speak myself, as the writer, and to help the reader, such as escaping boredom, taking advice, or simply not do what I did. Or maybe make you think about things you've never thought before.

And one thing: this book is about a human being that wonders around the world, makes mistakes, learns from them, and moves on. This is what I call blooming. Because flowers need time to bloom. And so do we, people, even if not all of us are aware of this.
All of this being said, hope my book and my experiences can help you in the least and you enjoy reading it.

The chapters were not written on the day I published them. I'll add here the dates, so you can see the actual change in time, and in my thinking. Also, I like writing like I have to address someone, and I often give them "exercises". Please do them as you read, so you can completely understand what I'm trying to say, and maybe, to understand yourself a bit more. Good luck to everyone!

"Your wound might be your fault, but your healing is your responsibility" is my motto. This book is the actual proof of a human being struggling to survive, striving to become the best version of himself. It is my own journey towards loving myself, with details and situations I've been through, and the lessons I've learned afterward, with some pieces of advice as well. Love yourself!
