~Alastor’s POV~
I looked up at the sky, then back to the crowded streets of Tokyo.
“Ahhhh… I’m so bored of the human world,” I muttered under my breath.
“Well I think it’s lovely how humans can live happily without a worry.” Startled, I whirled around to find a man standing a meter or two away from me. He was beautiful with sandy blonde hair, soft white skin and gentle blue eyes that sparkled under the city lights, as he looked up at the sky.
“Err… sorry, no one was meant to here that, especially a human,” I looked at the decaying sidewalk in embarrassment.
“It’s ok…I don’t see many demons around Tokyo, are you here for something? Oh, and by the way I’m not human…we’ll just keep it at that.” The man’s voice trailed off as he appointed his gaze towards me, how does he know I’m a demon? I didn’t get a warning that there was an angel around unless he’s a fallen angel.

I, Alastor, am a demon {the lowest on the hierarchy} more powerful than a fallen angel {second highest on the hierarchy} but less powerful than an angel {the highest on the hierarchy}. Well I guess I should tell you how I, a demon, got to the human world. It all started when Hell's father, Satan, wanted to learn more about the human world and the Heavens, to gain more power and learn new ways to take over the Heavens.
Satan ordered for a demon, to be the one who transfers to the human world to watch and learn. Unfortunately, I was the “lucky” one to be chosen, so on New Year’s Day I went to Satan’s lair.
“Alastor, from today until the end of the year you are to gather as much information as possible about the humans and the Heavens if you’re incapable of doing so you will be banished from Hell and you will become the first fallen demon, understood,” Satan clearly stated to not be a slacker and do work so yeah, I heard him loud and clear.
“Yes, my damned,”
“Good, now you have an apartment at ‘Sakura Housing’ you will live there for the year. And one more thing, no relationships with humans or angels, I’ve been hearing that angels are scouting the streets of Tokyo and banishing demons,” Again stated loud and clear.
“Yes, my damned.” I said with a bit of annoyance in my voice and Satan stared at me. And so, my journey had begun, and I left for Tokyo.
††††
I’ve been living here for three months already and I’m bored to death, I just want to go back home, then this guy showed up and is giving me a lecture. I must admit he is good looking though but like Satan said, “No relationships”.
“So how long have you been in Tokyo for demon?” And he’s talking again just what I don’t need right now.
“Err… three months,” Why did I say that stupid brain.
“Can I come over?”
“why?”
“oh, sorry I didn’t mean to sound creepy or anything I just want to check if you really are a demon,”
“Well…then I guess you can because I have nothing to hide but first… I want to know, are you an angel, human or fallen angel?”
“What would you do if I told you?”
“Nothing because you don’t mean anything to me.”
“Okay, then I am… an angel,” The man shifted his gaze towards the sidewalk across the road.
“Okay… lets go then.” Annoyed I walked out on the road backwards not looking at all and people started to yell at me to get off the road, but I didn’t listen, and I looked at the angel and he grinned. Of course, he was just trying to kill me, so he made a big gas truck “loose” control and come flying at me.
The only flaw with this plan was my strength and skill stats are high and I have fast reflexes. So, all I did was smile and wave to the angel which made him stop smiling, he ran out on the road for some reason but before he reached me, I disappeared.

'phsssssh' I reappeared in an alley way across from my apartment block. When I got inside, I sat down to figure this whole thing out and concluded that,
“I’m gay.” Staring straight ahead at the wall I realized I said that out loud and blushed so hard I looked like a ripe tomato.
That night I couldn’t sleep, I kept tossing and turning, all I kept thinking about was that butt face of an angel and some other things, not needed to be named, so I got up to get a glass of water before heading back to bed. When I went out to the living room, I heard someone singing outside, I slightly cracked open the door to the balcony and sat on the floor and listened to the person.
“Wrap me in a bolt of lightning
Send me on my way still smiling
Maybe that’s the way I should go,
Straight into the mouth of the unknown
I left the spare key on the table
Never really thought I’d be able to say
I merely visit on the weekends
I lost my whole life and a dear friend
I’ve said it so many times
I would change my ways
No, never mind
God knows I’ve tried
Call me a sinner, call me a saint
Tell me It’s over I’ll still love you the same
Call me your favorite, call me the worst
Tell me it’s over I don’t want you to hurt
It’s all that I can say so I’ll be on my way…”
[the song is "Call me" by Shinedown]
Thinking to myself I realized that I’ve heard this voice before, I stood up and forced the door open and to my surprise right next door on the balcony was the person I least wanted to see, the angel guy was staring at me, then turned to go back inside when out of nowhere I yelled,
“Wait!”
“What do you want…” The angel stared at the ground expressionless.
“I…err…um you are really good at singing you know…err sorry I’ll go now.” My face went bright red and I turned to go back when something pulled on the sleeve of my shirt.
When I turned around the angel guy had jumped the balcony and was holding my shirt looking at me, under the moonlight he looked like a pure angel with his eyes glinting and skin a pale shade of white with his hair slightly moving in the breeze. My face went bright red and he just kept staring at me straight in the eyes, I couldn’t move it’s like I was in a trance of some sort.
“I can’t sleep,” Breaking the awkward silence, he let go of my shirt.
“Me neither…do you want to come in or just stay out here?” Nervous and cautious I invited him in.
“Okay.” We both walked inside and sat on the couch in silence.
“Umm…why did you run out after me?” I was the first to break the silence this time.
“You looked like my older brother that died in a car accident when you smiled and waved at me.” He had a sad expression on his face.
