500 years ago.....
"Find them! We can't let them escape!" A older man shouts to the group of young men gathering their swords and armor. The young men geared themselves up in the middle of the night with only torch lights to help them see what they were doing. they had one objective in mind: find a faerie woman and her baby and kill them.
Back then faerie were hunted down and killed, punished, or kept as slaves. But eventually a rebellion broke out and everything was thrown into chaos. Vsupor was one of the few towns sitting near the forest where the faerie lived.
The men then got their horses and saddled up for the hunt. then they were each handed a torch and lighted each one ip as they began to ride out into the darkness in pursuit of a woman and her baby who were very much innocent and had no part in the rebellion.
The woman ran while holding her baby in her arms, struggling to get away from the men who chased her. her long black hair flowed behind her as she ran.
her fair and pale skin was covered in dirt from falling and her beautiful silk clothes were torn and dirty. Her purple eyes were filled with fear of being killed and for the safety of her baby.
She could hear the men as she ran deeper and deeper into the forest, gasping for air as she struggled to keep going any further. She had no choice but to split up from her baby. She had secretly hidden a basket for this moment when the time came but even now, she didn't want to part from her baby. She quickly put her baby into the basket and hid her in some tall grasses that grew in a river. Then she made her way up the hill. She looked one last time at her baby crying out for her but couldn't do anything as she ran in a different direction. The men in the end, killed the mother but could never find the baby.
But then a young village woman who was out on a walk the next day, found the baby. She looked around quickly then took the baby with her back home. From then on for many years to come, the young woman and her family never told the baby and the descendants of that baby of their heritage and where they came from.
So, for 500 years the rebellion continued. Even now, it lingers waiting for the day, it will start again.
