Rain. Thunder. Lightning. The trees in the forest shook as the sky broke apart. Animals hid in their dens, birds huddled in their nests, and aquatic creatures swam away. The battle cry of warriors preparing for battle could barely be heard in the howling wind. The pitter patter of a girl running was silenced. Rushing through the forest she followed a map she had made. Stay focused...you have to...you must! They were coming...and fast, she needed to hide. Somewhere safe and away from danger but, knowing full well it would happen and she would soon die. Catching a glimpse of the sky a bright light was headed towards her direction. Running ...running ...running... That was all she could do as the general and his army tracked her down. "SEARCH THIS ENTIRE FOREST MEN! WE WILL FIND HER!" His voice echoed in the dark forest. Finally she came across an old willow tree. Sitting down the girl gasped for air. This is it...I'm sorry...I should've told you. I should have helped you.. I should have- She pounded her fist into the muddy soil. Looking up at dark sky she held her chest as the blood trickled out of her wound. Closing her eyes she sighed huddled beneath the tree. When she opened her eyes her vision was blurry. "I don't have much time. I can't go on much longer. I-i want you to finish what we started." More blood came out of her mouth.Even though her vision was getting blurry she noticed small figures among the horizon. They had found her, but they would never take her...at least not alive.Fiercely she pushed the dagger straight into her chest, spilling more blood. "AAAGH!!". Almost instantly a bright light surrounded her and the tree. "It's over for me....but not for you. Please, help them....save them...save them from bearing my fate...i believe in you...
Adam."
