This is the story of a girl. A girl kept in captivity her whole life. Trained and forced to fight for the entertainment of her masters.
She never received a proper education. She barely knows how to talk. A child treated like a beast leads to an animal. Human emotions still there, but no way of knowing how to correctly express them.
This girl comes from a sub-species of human called hominum. The hominum have been pawns of their master’s will for as long as man can remember. It is just the way things are in this world. Hominums know not better. No one has taught them. Why would they? Hominums are useful to their masters.
Her name is Bella short for Bellator. Her master, Fredrics, named her when she came to him nineteen years ago. Bellator in Latin means warrior. Common among these humans to name their hominum what they wish for them to become. Had Bella not been an adequate warrior? She would have been killed.
That is the way of the humans living in Crassa.
Hominums, characterized by their large eyes, naturally colorful hair and pale irises, are meer pets. Breed to be toyed with.
A cruel reality they live, is it not?
