Jackson Cobourne, Grade C Superhero Jumping Jack, crouches along the side of a high-rise apartment's rooftop. His eyes scan over the brightly lit city. To the left, clear skies give way to wide-stretching oceans. To the right, a massive metropolis portrays a bustling city.
He catches sight of a scene playing out far down below, cop cars crowded around the entrance to a Bank, caught in a stand-off against villainous goons. Just the situation in need of a hero like him.
Jack stands up, takes a step back, and leaps off from the rooftop, rapidly plummeting down towards the main road, ready to intervene. His feet slam into the ground, boots and legs absorbing the shock before springing himself back up into the air, hurtling forward.
It takes him only 3 quick hops to clear 20 city blocks, his final jump landing him square on the roof of the bank. He glances in through the glass roof, eyeing the situation at hand. He spots 2 goons inside, both heavily armed with probably more goons out of view. He'll need to be extra careful here if he wants to make it out cleanly.
He takes a moment to stretch, hops back a couple of steps, and leaps up into the air once more.

Inside the building, a man with a Cheetah's head and tail holds an assault rifle, staring out the glass door towards the legion of cops stationed outside. "Ey, Tony, any clue how we're getting out of this joint?".
One of his fellow goons, a man with three eyes, stops his pacing in the center of the room to answer. "Don't worry about it, the boss should have a plan for that. Just gotta get the rest of the money and then we-"
He's cut off mid-sentence as a guy in a bright green bodysuit slams through the ceiling right ontop of him. Jack steps off the poor villain, bits of shattered glass scattered around his feet. "I'm sorry, am I interrupting something? Hope you don't mind if I jump in do you?" he says, a confident and smug smirk smeared across his face.
The Cheetah-man quickly points his gun at our hero, "Lousy smart-ass" he growls as he opens fire. Jumping Jack quickly dashes forward, keeping his body low to dodge the first round of shots, and hopping right to avoid the second volley. His feet hit a wall and he bounces off, torso twisting as he slams a foot right into the Cheetah's head.
"You know what they say, Cheetahs never prosper." Jack's not sure if the big cat's groans are from the pain of being kicked, or his terrible play on words.
Loud footsteps ring out from behind Jumping Jack, and a towering muscular villain slowly approaches. He cracks his knuckles, powerful arms quivering and ready to be put to use.
"Easy now big fella," Jack holds his hands out in a gesture of good will. "Lets keep things nice and calm, that way nobody gets hurt."
The villain lunges forward, swinging his right arm in a wild haymaker. Jack drops down, planting his hand on the ground and kicking up with both feet at the giant's hand. As his fist goes flying up harmlessly, Jack twirls himself around and back on his feet, hopping up into the air and slamming a foot down on his foe's head.
Using the enemy's noggin as a stepping stone, our hero hops off and lands behind him, before rapidly kicking backwards at the closest leg looking to trip him up. The villain falls backward, Jumping Jack quickly bouncing out of the way, "Told you somebody was gonna get hurt".
With the villain felled, Jumping Jack turns towards the crowd of frightened civilians held up within the bank. "Alright, looks like that's taken care of," he clasps his hands together, "I'm sure you all owe me a debt of gratitude for this rescue. Sorry about the glass roof, hope it wasn't too expensive, I don't want to break the bank after all."
With that ever present smug smirk smeared on his face, he continues to launch a string of awful puns and jokes. "You know, you gotta give credit when it's due, I think I handled that quite nicely. I'm sure it'll interest you to know I-" as he continues to lay them out, he's completely oblivious to the villain slowly standing up behind him.
He's only alerted by the sound of a civilian crying out "Look out behind you!" which gives him barely enough time to duck under yet another wild fist swinging his way. He continues bouncing back and forth on his feet, swaying out of arm's reach with just a second to spare each time the villain throws another hit out.
"Come on buddy, you really looking for a Round 2?" Jack flips back onto a hand-stand, grabbing his opponent's outreached arm with his legs, before slamming him down flat on his back. "It was barely a fight the first time around." The villain groans, staying down for good this time, and Jack goes back to his victory gloating.
Then, a director calls out "Cut, cut, we got our take." The cameras and lights shut off, and the various 'villainous goons' get up from their spots on the ground.
"How'd it turn out boss?" Jack calls out to the director.
