I've been having these weird thoughts lately.
Like, is any of this for real? Or not?
Kaze opened his eyes and he recognized the place he was. The station of awakening had been a place for him to escape to, to train and to meditate.
He looked around from the surrounding darkness to the glass and lead platform he was standing on. He saw himself on the platform, his eyes closed while his long brown hair hung back into a ponytail. The real Kaze looked around and even though he came here often, everytime he had to adjust to the situation. According to his master, this was where his heart rested.
Kaze pulled up his arm and concentrated on his hand. Then in an instant, his Kingdom key flashed and appeared in his hand.
What is a keyblade?
The question was the first one everyone asked when they started their training. Is it made to protect the world from darkness? Or to protect Kingdom hearts?
Their master often referred to things he had written in his large book where stood that in the age of fairy tales, young keyblade masters would have one to gather the light that is Kingdom hearts.
Kaze always thought he understood everything but at the same time, everything was so unclear.
His keyblade disappeared and he took a look at the Station of awakening.
It would be the last look for a long time. He had a feeling his life would change soon and he wouldn't had time to enter this place again for a long time.
As always, the station started to shake and Kaze could feel something approaching.
The darkness surrounding the station, starting to move and swallow the station where Kaze stood in the middle.
Someone once told him that in these moments, Kaze had nothing to fear. His light was too great to be swallowed by the darkness.
The darkness came closer and closer and like always, it grabbed his feet as the station was almost completely swallowed.
The darkness felt cold as it crawled up his body but Kaze didn't lose his smile. He was not afraid of the darkness as he trusted in his light; it could not get a grip ons his heart. It may have been swallowed now but he would always come back, full in light.
The darkness grabbed him and soon he could see nothing but darkness. That was until Kaze opened his eyes and he would recognize the blue air and the sun from his hometown.
