Lost Track in the Time

Mystic Park

Mystic Park

Jun 06, 2018

It was a bright and sunny Saturday morning. The birds were just starting to sing their songs, and a little boy at the age of 12 and the name of Jonathan was sleeping in is comfy little bed.

Suddenly Jonathan‘s alarm clock rang and woke him with a start.  Jonathan looked around a little bit while coming to, but then he realized that it was his alarm clock that was ringing and then slammed his hand on top of it in order to shut it off which resulted in it falling off of his dresser.

Jonathan slowly picked up his alarm clock and placed it quietly on top of his dresser. He threw off his blankets and hopped out of bed, and walked over to his chest of drawers and picked out a few clothes to wear that day. Afterwords, Jonathan walked into the bathroom and changed.

Jonathan walked out of his bathroom and walked back into his room, and through his dirty bedtime clothes on to his bed. Then Jonathan walked downstairs and started to prepare his breakfast, which was cereal.

While Jonathan was eating his breakfast, his mom walked into the room and said “Hello.”  This made Jonathan jump. (Jonathan’s mom’s name is Kathrine.)

“Sorry about that,“ said Kathrine. “I just wanted to let you know if my presence.” She added with a chuckle.

“Can we go to Mystic Park today?” Jonathan asked.

“Sure,” Kathrine said. “But it will take me a while to get ready.”

Jonathan quickly finished his breakfast, then went back upstairs and laid on his bed and read comic books while his mom was getting ready to go to Mystic Park.

“I’m ready!” Kathrine yelled up the stairs.

“Already?” Jonathan yelled back. “I thought you were going to take a while to get ready!”

“It’s been an hour,” Kathrine said. “You must really like those comics!”

“Yeah,” Jonathan said, while rushing down the stairs to get in the car.

Now in the car, Kathrine started up the engine and begin the drive to Mystic Park.

When Jonathan and his mom arrived at Mystic Park, Jonathan realized just how beautiful this place was. There were floating islands everywhere with towers that you could look out around the world in and waterfalls and rivers. Some of the rivers were different colors, like an algae had infested them.
