Kenma was more focused on his video games than he was on Tetsurou, who was lounging on Kenma's bed talking about anything and everything. 

“I kind of want to know what it feels like you know?” Tetsurou spoke as he sat up on the bed, “Don’t you?”

“Mmmhm,” Kenma responded automatically, still focused on his game, and it was only when Tetsurou spoke again that he realized what he really meant. 

Kenma's eyes widened when Tetsurou said, “Do you wanna try?” 

His attention was officially removed from his game. “Try?” he mumbled, before looking over at Tetsurou. He’d moved from his previous position and was now sitting on the end of the bed, leaning his elbows down onto his legs. 

The ever-so-shameless Kuroo Tetsuro averted his eyes before speaking again, “I mean yeah? It couldn’t hurt…”

Kenma didn’t quite know what to do about this. On one hand, kissing Tetsurou was something he thought about quite often. He thought about it every time Tetsuro stretches his lips into that familiar smirk. That was a lot. On the other hand, did it really matter if Tetsurou didn’t feel the same way? In the end, Kenma was a weak man. “I guess…”

Tetsurou tried to hide his smile but Kenma knew better. Tetsurou beckoned him to the mattress, and Kenma wasn’t about to fight it. (plus his ass hurt from sitting on the floor for so long)

He settled in on the edge of the bed next to Tetsurou, his legs crossed and his hands in his lap. “So how should we…” Kenma started.

Tetsurou seemed to think for a moment, “Let’s kiss and see where it takes us? Does that sound- Is that okay?”

Kenma could feel the heat rush to his face, but chose to ignore it. “Yeah, it’s- It’s okay…”

Tetsurou turned his body to face Kenma more easily, scooting a little closer. “We should probably um-” He cut off but Kenma knew what he meant. 

Kenma, in a fit of boldness, moved forward so that he was only inches away from Tetsurou. He could smell him, his musk and old spice, and feel his warmth radiate. He hummed in question. Tetsurou never finished his sentence. 

“Let’s kiss and see where it takes us,” Tetsurou sounded nervous. He never sounded nervous. Kenma thought maybe a kiss would help, so he leaned forward and pressed their lips together. 

They stayed like that for a moment, just touching their lips together, but then Tetsurou moved his lips against Kenmas. He hummed a sigh against Tetsurous mouth, before pulling away. “Is that…” Kenma swallowed, “Is that how you-?” He didn’t know how to phrase the question, but Tetsurou seemed to know what he was asking anyway. 

“I mean I've never done it before-” He paused, blushing. “We could- try again? See where it takes us?”

Kenma nodded, breathless. “Could we maybe sit differently? This isn’t really… Comfortable..” He ignored the red in his cheeks. 

Testurou’s eyes widened, “Oh sure, do you want to um, maybe sit on my lap? Since we have to be close?” 

Kenma nearly shivered at the thought. He should probably stop here, but once again he knew he would lose the battle against his self control. He nodded while Tetsurou shifted to sit against the headboard. He went to straddle his legs, but once he started to move Tetsurou just lifted him and put him where he wanted him. 

Gods, Tetsurou was going to be the death of him.

I thought this was the most amazing idea at two in the morning. Also for the record this takes place when they’re like 14 and immature and very likely to kiss each other ‘just to know what it feels like’ yk?
