Hello Reader,

Thank you for picking up Letters from the Sleepless! The point of this series is to have a collection of all my shorter works that wouldn’t work well as a separate standalone series. In a way it’s a place for me to play with ideas as far as stories and storytelling go. You can expect most of these works will orbit around the genres of science fiction and horror, but either way I hope that you find something here for you.

Unfortunately, if you are reading this, I am currently unable to keep up a regular upload schedule for my series due to probably oscillating intensity of graduate school responsibilities. Also, for whatever reason I feel much more comfortable communicating this through the series proper rather than my profile wall like a normal person (I guess, not judging?) which I don’t really understand either – don’t read too hard into it.

As a bit of a compromise, I won’t be uploading entries for the series piece-meal, but all at once in responsibly sized episodes. Hopefully this way I stop unintentionally cliffhanging stories and when uploads do happen you get a decent chunk of stuff to get through with a reasonable amount of closure.

 Okay this is getting awkward, and I don’t know how to end this. For those who have subscribed I greatly appreciate your support and interest and for those who are new to this series, I hope you enjoy.
