Happy Birthday Lily!

To be honest with you, I had a struggle choosing a gift for you this year. I thought about picking out a new book, but you usually get quite a few of those every year.

I took a leaf out of Mother’s book this year.

For one of my previous birthdays, Mother gave me a journal.

I wrote about my thoughts, fears, hopes, and dreams in that journal.

I still have it today.

So I settled on giving you one as well.

I think it’s time someone else should carry on the tradition of writing complaints about everyone in this castle. 

I’m just joking.

Or am I?
