What have we here? Chara and Gaster are stuck in “Limbo” between worlds because both of them were trying to: become god/experimented with timeline and determination/wanted to kill everyone/creeped out kids (on your taste) but both failed and died.
So now they’re stuck together in eternal darkness. No souls, no friends, no family, and no tv. They even can’t kill each other! All that they can do is watch the real world through “windows” and… Well. Try to come back and finish their dark business.
