I am a vampire living in a world full of useless creature's (Human's). Nora. Im a Junior at Tashin high school wishing to become a Movie Director in the future. My parent's died shortly after my birth, but that is an unknown story nobody knows, not even myself. Nobody was really close to my family, so I never knew my family's name.

Hiroyo Tani, my first friend and best friend. She and her family are a mix of Korean and Japanese people. Every summer, they visit Korea to check in with Hiroyo's grandma. Her family was the only close friends with my parent's, so they have been helping me out. Paying rent, buying food, shopping for cloths, and giving a loan of $500 a month for any need's or emergency's.

Fuko Masuno, Japanese and an owner of a cafe called Kai. I saved her brother, Yukine Masuno, from a car accident on the way to school. At that time, he had a cast. An old man was speeding and Yukine couldn't move fast enough, so I ran in front of the car just in time to push Yukine out of the way. Fuko was thankful and couldn't believe her eye's when she saw her brother not injured. The old man was truly sorry, but I was even more sorry for him when he passed away just a month after that incident. Fuko and her brother are very thankful and treat me like a V.I.P whenever I stop by the cafe.

Miss. Mitsuya, my history teacher. Somehow, she know's about my situation, and she is the know one who ever found out. Every month when I go into a craving stage, she lend's me blood tablets so I wouldn't harm any innocent people, including herself. To this day, I still dont know her story or how she found out about me.

As summer goes by, I started working at Kai, to keep myself busy. Not only did I make some extra cash, but I didn't really need it, so I just gave it all to Fuko for the cafe's bill's. School is near and Hiroyo isn't coming back to Japan until the night before then. Nora cant do anything but work at Kai and watch anime on her spare time. School starts tomorrow, that means Hiroyo is back.

Why isnt she answering my text? Maybe she is tired?

I finish my shift at the cafe and start heading to my apartment. Im to tired at this point to call Hiroyo, so I quickly change and without washing up, I fall asleep.
