It was a sunny day out. The kind of day on which your parents would tell you to go play outside. Unfortunately for them, the inside was much more enjoyable.
At least for Aljon, it was. As he was playing an old game on his PC, he remembered that, tomorrow, school would start again. Aljon's thoughts were quickly flooded with his classmates. He wondered what they had been up to during the summer break.
The bright sun outside was being enjoyed to the fullest by Mega, Ancient, and Lava. "To the fullest" meaning they were hanging around at their usual alley in the suburbs the three of them lived in. Ancient passed around cigarettes. "School's starting tomorrow, guys," he said. The other two nodded silently.
Unforce was nearly done packing his bag. He was finally leaving Germany for a foreign high school. An entire year in a foreign country. Was he going to make new friends? Would the students there find him weird? He'd have to wait until tomorrow to find out.
Auri was glad he could get back to school. He was getting bored of the summer break already. Also, he'd get to see South again! Yes, South, Southy-South, his classmate who he adored in secret. A tingly feeling moved through his body as he picked up another classic book to read.
[A/N: I could feel my brain cells die while writing that.]
South was very nervous to get back into school. Those stupid people in his stupid class... Why couldn't he just get homeschooled? Social contact, pfft. Who needs social contact when you have yourself?
Kert was glad he could see his best friend Aljon at school again. They had done a good amount of things together over the last weeks.
Kelvin felt a strange feeling in his stomach. Strange yet familiar; he was getting sick again. Just like last year. However, his intelligence ment he could keep up with the class despite being at home most of the time. And it wasn't like he had a lot of friends anyways. All the better to stay home.
Crash and Dragon were busy testing out some foreign-imported fireworks they got from a strange man on the street. They'd done it before, so they knew what they were doing. Crash threw a firecracker onto the road. As a car drove over it, the firecracker exploded. The vehicle swirled, narrowly evaded the sidewalk and got back on the road. The driver honked in anger as Crash and Dragon laughed.
Sebid had gotten a full stock of cigarettes, liquor and even some street drugs. After a few weeks of careful collection from his contacts, he was ready to make good money at school again.
As Dark's parents were having a heavy argument again, he locked himself in his room and listened to music. It had always worked for him. Why can't everyone just get along? He was about to start crying, until he realised that school would start tomorrow. Great, he could see all of his amazing classmates again!
Eim quickly scrolled through the collection of anime's he had watched this summer break. A summer break well-spent. Too bad his fellow students didn't see it that way.
Eddie had spent the last week mentally preparing for the first day of school. Thank God those stupid classmates of his didn't care about him. He just had to steer clear of his cousin, Ancient, whenever he could.
Vikhus was rearranging the furniture in his office to their perfect state. He looked at the checklist for the last time today; everything was ready for the first day of the new academic year. He looked at the degrees on the wall of his office and grinned with pride. Lost Hope High was an example to all high schools in the region. Time to prove that another year.
