In whatever country you might be in, buy something for a poor child which will nurture their development and talent. For example, in India, where badminton is popular, there are millions (crores) of poor kids who will never get the chance to play. So buy it for them. 

The culture of the youth has been heavily influenced by technology while the older generation, who do not know about computers or smartphones, are not influenced by it. Also, on smartphones there are tons of free applications (also called ‘apps’) and others such as WeChat and WhatsApp, which have a big impact on the youth. WeChat and WhatsApp are popular among the youth. They are chatting apps which provide an outlet for the youth to stay in touch with their friends and relatives but is more often used for the wrong reasons. In WeChat (or as the youth call it “WeCheat”) and WhatsApp, the youth feel totally “free” to express themselves with their boyfriend / girlfriend and only when the relationship sours do the parents actually find out what their child was doing
