"Oh, hey, Kiddo." a little boy looked up from crying to see a tall woman whose brunette hair laid over her shoulders with her pale hands behind her, revealing grey shirt tucked into black skirt. She wore a small smile on her face.
"Why are you crying here all alone outside of school?"
The boy tried to answered,"nothing." as his hands wiped his tears from his cheeks.
"Are you sure?" she began to ponder as she took a spot on the cemented stairs beside him. "You seem to be going through a lot. Are you sure you don't want to talk about?"
" I am sure, Ms. Marine." he reassured her, wiping his remaining tears away.
"...okay, what class did you come from, Max?" she then suggested, starting to stand up, "I can walk you if you..."
An enormous laugh interrupted her statement. They both looked to their side to see a man combing through his golden hair walking in front of them, having a big grin on his pale face. He then brushed his dark blue shirt laying on top of the tan shorts.
"Ms. Marine, we seem to always have delight of collaborating." he states with a hint of elegance and politeness as she looks at  him with disgust.
"So it seems, Mr. Taylor." she speaks, trying to lose her disgust. "But I was just about to help little Max here find his way."
"Oh, his way?" he starting to say, walking closer to her face." I thought that was my territory. I am I can help."
"No, I think Max and I can handle it." She said sternly, slowly standing up as he backs up and stands face to face with her.
"...Alright." he shrugged, but knelt down to Max. "But if you have trouble, come by my office."
With a smile, Max walked away back inside the school.
Ms. Marine went back in with Max, following a devilish grin.
