Dear Diary,

I decided to start this diary to get rid of my boredom. No, actually, I need this diary more to help me distinguish one day from another.

I spend all my days lying in bed. And that's because I can't walk. My only entertainment is reading books and watching my peers play outside through the window.
I really love watching them.

Sometimes, if I'm lucky and they're playing close to my house, I can hear their conversations. I enjoy that so much! It makes me feel like I'm talking to them too. I even make up dialogues with them in my head. Honestly, I think I already know the names of many kids in my village.

I wonder how they would react if I asked to play with them? But no matter how much I dream about it, when they look in my window, I always hide. Otherwise, they'd think I was weird.
