"No way." I choked on air, scrambling up to the mirror across the room. And the moment I looked at myself, I screamed.
I lived alone, so it wasn't much of help when you needed someone to be with you, but you surely could scream as loud as you wished. No parents, no neighbors to complain to your parents or no one in general could stop you.
Coming back to the situation I am in, which is horrendous, my eyes have magically turned the colour of blood over a night.
How did I come to know? Simple, my dreams have been coming true the past week.
In simple words, I've been dreaming the future.
Pfft, I'm crazy.
And last night, it was about my blood shot eyes.
Well shit.
A few disastrous minutes of confusion passed before I heard a knock on the front door, and I had to groan in annoyance because.. who dared to show up at 9 in the morning?
I worked as an employee in a company to make a living. Paid my rents and bills so it wasn't really a problem.
I trudged my way towards the door, squinting my eyes before opening. And yes I might be lying if I said the lady in front of me didn't look majestic.
I'm gay by the way.
"Lucifer." She greeted, and if I hadn't already been bewildered, I was now. "What a pleasure to meet you. It's been a while, isn't it?"
Blue eyes, pale face and blood red lips. A fit body and brown highlights added to her looks.
"Excuse me?" I blurted out. "It's really been a while- who are you?"
"Invite me in, and I'll tell you."
I tilted my head a little. "No."
"Fine then. Im here, to give you back all the memories you've lost. If you cannot invite me in, I can't help you."
And thats how, the moment I let her step into my house, I found out that I'm not really crazy. The mythical characters from bible really do exist.
How cool is that? No. Not cool. I've been freaking out since then. Why wouldn't I? She showed me some tricks and shit and I believed her. I know what I saw.
And she says I'm Satan, Ha.
"Agatha is the name." She introduced herself. "And Lucifer is yours."
With that, she slammed her palm on my forehead, so hard, so powerfully, that I passed out.
