Howdy dear Readers,

I wrote this story as someone who has always had a fascination with those creatures of our dreams and childish fantasy while at the same time growing up wanting to be a cowboy. I would imagine racing across the plains and scrambling up shale cliff-sides aback a faithful pony while starring out the window on long car rides back and forth from the valleys of Arizona to the high plains of Texas.

Having started out writing this originally to send in as a submission for the Tapas Writing Challenge earlier this year I had high hopes. Allas I didn't win BUT they have given me a chance to be one the first writers to test out their Open Novel Platform! I am supper excited about this opportunity!

I plan to post one new chapter a week until we get to the end of what I originally wrote for the Challenge. When we reach that point... I guess leave it up to YOU the readers weather or not I continue to upload more.

I am also working on better "icons" for chapters, Cover Art, Illustrations, and Series Banner. Those will come in time and as Tapas perhaps rolls out new features?
