With the world watching, Isaac Greyson confidently strode across the stage. He was about to receive the fame he had always dreamed of. Every T.V. screen, newspaper, and radio station was covering this event. He stood at the podium-the game was about to begin. “Ladies and gentlemen, the society we live in today is riddled with crime and suffering because of our own lack of intelligence about the way this society works in the first place.” He started, “Terrorism, rape, murder, and corruption everywhere we turn. I believe I have found the strength to take our first step into a new reality where these things that frighten us will disappear for good. The ripples I will make here today, I hope with someday become great waves in our history. This new era will take time, but we will make our way there together.” A loud applause followed this upbeat opening statement, but his speech was about to become a little darker. “I bring to you, the new society!” The screen behind him flickered to life with a live image of a girl, most likely 17, in a padded room. She had wrapped herself up in a ball to purposely look vulnerable. Murmurs filled the lecture hall, the audience slightly unsettled and confused by the young girl’s state. “Ladies and gentlemen, I can see you are confused, please quiet down and I will explain everything to you and answer all of your questions.” The hall quieted, “Operation: Quiet the Mind. This experiment started 3 years ago with this young lady you see behind me, her present state may be unsettling, but she has done worse to others. Raven here is a psychotic young lady, she has murdered 50 others, found guilty in 12 cases of rape, planned and carried out 10 school shootings, and did I mention? 5 out of the 50 she killed were members of her own family. This young psychopath has repeatedly terrorized our society before she was brought into custody, and we have made a breakthrough in our research that was tested on her. Psychopaths are the rapists, terrorists, and murderers in our society. They have no sense of remorse or guilt, they get off on violence, and they have been undetectable and unstoppable…until today. Operation: Quiet the Mind is about finding the part of the psychopath's brain that stimulates their violent behavior, finding the part of their brain that stimulates grief, and leveling things off a bit.
