Eight years ago the bombings that almost completely wiped out the outer city happened. But that was not when things started to go down hill. Twelve years ago a new king claimed the throne, and began tearing down what his predecessors had built. The economy in the outer city got so bad, people began marches and protests. It didn't help. The king, instead of changing his policies, decided to poison the outer water system. Everyone became ill and many died. Still it was not enough. The king then told the inner cities that if they didn't do something, the illness would spread. He even went so far as to blame it on the outer city's uncleanliness. So in the end the king built a giant wall around the inner cities and bombed the outer one. Now strange things are happening to the people on the outside, mutations of sorts, from the radiation and poison, and with very few people left, they rely on the skills from different segments to survive.
In a dystopian kingdom, one guy decides he's had enough. Now on a journey to find allies and kill the tyrant on the throne... He must learn the difference between justice and revenge.
