Astralis had always been wondering what was left from that night, one day he decided to give his birthplace a visit to remember the old days, the simpler times. He pulled his map out of one of his pouches strapped to his sides and gave it a look, searching for his village’s name. He saw Cergenyati written on the map, a village seemingly hugged by mountain Zakari from two sides, two small paths leading in and out of the village.
After a bit of planning from where to go and which paths to take, he was ready to start going. He set foot towards a place he didn’t really want to visit but somehow felt like he had to go there, to go back to his past.
After several hours of walking, he had finally almost reached his destination. He could see the path leading towards the town center, he somehow got excited and worried at the same time, something feeling off. He decided to shrug off the confusing feeling and continued to walk with passion and fear. He thought it would be better to still be a little careful in case something appears out of nowhere. As the road forked in two, he continued to walk on the inclined path which led to his village, deciding to walk between the trees on the side of the road, providing him some cover. As he got view into the passage, he noticed a gate which he never managed to recall being there when he was little. He felt that was odd, but the stranger thing is that there were no ruins when he climbed onto a tree so he could get a look behind the gate. He still couldn’t see much other than that, unfortunately.
It was then when he heard commands being issued from a seemingly mighty voice.
