Aching heart is all I'm left with,  

Weeping eyes, crying seas.  

Soothing words are of no more benefit;  

Suicidal thoughts at their peak.  

How do I keep myself sane  

In this world of hide and seek?  

Peace and serenity left my side;  

In this weather, cold as ice.  

Ghosting grief is all I'm left with,  

Eating me slowly, insanity aside.  

Crutches of hope, with which I walk,  

Broke under my weight, lost from my sight.  

Patience is what I'm holding onto;  

Day by day, a tougher insight.
