Kaito crouched on the battlements of Akakawa Castle, the wind whipping his dark hair into a frenzy. Below, the village of Katsuragi slumbered, its thatched roofs a warm golden brown in the fading light.

His sensei, Master Shinji, appeared beside him, eyes closed as if savoring the breeze. "The wind whispers secrets to those who listen, Kaito."

Kaito frowned, his ears straining to catch the whispers. But all he heard was the rustling of leaves and the distant rush of the Katsuragi River.

Suddenly, a commotion erupted from within the castle walls. Clashing steel and shouted orders echoed through the air. Kaito's heart quickened – something was amiss.

Master Shinji's eyes snapped open, his gaze piercing the darkness. "The wind has changed, Kaito. A storm is coming."

As one, they leapt from the battlements, their feet pounding the stone floors as they rushed to respond to the crisis. But Kaito's mind lingered on the whispering winds, wondering what secrets they held.

In the great hall, chaos reigned. Guards clashed with shadowy figures, their faces obscured by hoods. Kaito charged forward, his sword flashing in the flickering torchlight.

A hooded figure spun toward him, their eyes glinting like steel. Kaito parried their blow, but the stranger's strength sent him stumbling back.

Master Shinji appeared, his sword weaving a deadly pattern. The hooded figure faltered, and Kaito seized the chance to strike.

As the stranger fell, their hood slipped, revealing a girl with piercing green eyes. Kaito's heart skipped a beat – who was she, and what secrets did she bring?

The wind howled outside, its whispers growing louder. Kaito felt the storm gathering, a storm that would change the course of his life forever.
