Nothing...

I could see nothing...

I look around for something in this void of darkness but there is nothing here. I stop turning and a light comes from in front of me. I look to it and am blinded. It almost looks like it's coming from a doorway of some sort. Out of the light, I see a figure.

Once the figure is standing in the door, more lights come on. I squeeze my eyes shut to block out the blinding light once more. After my eyes adjust, I can see that I'm in some sort of liquid with wires and tubes connecting to different parts of my body. I look up to see the figure from the doorway standing in front of me.

It was a little girl. She seemed to be about four years old, or around that age. She had a blue nightgown on and a teddy bear in her arms, blond hair that went to her shoulders, and big ocean blue eyes that I had a hard time looking away from.

She looked at me with curiosity and hugged her teddy bear tighter. My eyes started to close. I was starting to fall asleep. My eyes were half way closed when I saw her mouth something.
