Tory recieves an e-mail from the new Weston City Task Force Leader, a Task Force put together to catch a new sadistic killer haunting the city. Tory decides to take the meeting. Arriving at the headquarters, and meeting the leader Grant Elkins for the first time.

GRANT ELKINS: The reason for this meeting is simple, I want you on this task force, your ability can be useful, you seem to have it under control now. I really want you to help with this case.

Tory sits, and thinks about it, and within seconds, accepts the offer and is officially welcomed to the Weston City Task Force.

GRANK ELKINS: They are calling him 'SMILEY', he always leaves a photo of his mouth, smiling on every victim. I'll give you a full rundown in the morning.

Tory shakes hands and gets up to walk out, and as she is on the elevator, she begins to notice a weird sensation all through her body, it lasts for a minute and goes away, and it leaves Tory confused and scared.

Later that night, the local news reports on another victim of 'SMILEY', and the Task Force is called to the scene.
