Deep in the west ocean, in a siren city where every fin and every tail swims freely, living to achieve any dream they put their hearts into, lies Coral Springs City, a place full of beautiful plants and crystal-clear water.

At the Sweet shop, the owner spots her favorite customer entering—Aurora Cipriano, back for her usual order.

"I see you're in a bit of a hurry today, Aurora. Just your usual starfish pastries, then?" the shop owner says as she starts packing sweets into a small pink shell.

"Uh, yes. My dad is coming back after his long business trip to my grandparents' town, and my twin sister won’t stop talking about how bad I am at getting home early every day," Aurora says, nodding as she takes the shell of starpastries from the shop owner.

She hands over some pearls in return and swims out of the shop when her shell-cell suddenly starts ringing. It's Alessia.

"Yes, Alessia, I’m on my way. I just wanted to grab some pastries before heading home. I’ll be right there," Aurora says.

"Okay, but hurry up! Dad said he has a surprise for us, and I can't wait to see what it is!" Alessia replies excitedly.

Aurora hangs up and starts swimming back home.

Later that Night

 She arrives at the door and enters. Alessia quickly swims out of her room and into the living room area

"You're here! About time! Dad! She’s finally back!" Alessia exclaims, plopping down on the fluffy seaweed couch.

"Well, you’re both finally here. Great," Mr. Cipriano says. "On my trip to Risen Town in the east oceans, your grandparents thought it was time you got what you’ve always wanted..."

He pulls a large blue box from underneath the living room table and sets it on top. Opening the lid, he reveals two shimmering blue fish-tail covers.

"How would you two like to go to… the Lir Tail Dance Academy?" he announces with a proud smile.

Aurora and Alessia gasp in shock. Alessia shakes with excitement—this is her dream, to become a siren dancing star. Aurora, on the other hand, can’t believe what she’s hearing. She has no desire to attend a tail dance academy.

"Isn’t this amazing, Aurora? What’s wrong?" Alessia asks, noticing her sister’s frustrated expression.

"Aurora?" Mr. Cipriano adds, concerned. "Don’t you want to go to Lir Tail?"

Aurora shifts uncomfortably as her father swims closer and sits beside her.

"Dad, look… this is what Alessia wants, not me. I know we used to tail dance together as kids, but we’re 17 now, and I’m just not into that anymore. I hope you understand—I can’t go with her to this dance school," she says firmly.

Mr. Cipriano looks confused and a little worried.

"Listen, Aurora, I’m sorry. I didn’t realize you weren’t as passionate about this as Alessia. I should’ve known. The problem is… I already registered both of you, and they don’t allow refunds. But hey, I only paid for the first four months. After that, I can transfer you out, okay?"

Aurora feels uneasy about attending a school she has no interest in, but she doesn’t want her father’s money to go to waste. She sighs, then nods.

"Alright, I’ll go," she says reluctantly.

Alessia beams and immediately pulls her into a tight, grateful hug.

"Oh, that’s great! Don’t worry, it’s only for a few months! We’ll make such a cute team together!" Alessia says excitedly.

Aurora forces a small, awkward smile, pretending to share her enthusiasm.

The Next Morning

That night, Alessia holds her new dance suit close, eagerly waiting to try it on the next day.

As morning arrives, she wakes up and excitedly puts on the Lir Tail training suit. Meanwhile, Aurora is abruptly awakened by loud voices and music coming from outside. She groggily rubs her eyes and looks out the window, only to see a party happening in their backyard.

With a tired sigh, she swims outside.

"Alessia, why is it so early?" Aurora grumbles, rubbing her face.

"Hello? It’s for Lir Tail! Just a farewell party, that’s all. Besides, we leave later today," Alessia replies cheerfully.

"I guess…" Aurora mutters, turning back inside and heading to their room.

As the day passes, Aurora starts packing her things when she notices a book hidden under Alessia’s pillow. Curious, she picks it up and flips through it—it’s a book about becoming a professional tail dancer.

"Looks like she really wants this career, huh?Hope this doesn't lead her in crazy situation" Aurora murmurs to herself with a sigh before continuing to pack.
