Zack was drifting motionlessly in an empty world, devoid of life and color. He hasn't moved an inch since he arrived in the empty white void for some unknown reason as his body floats endlessly into the vast unknown world.
He was absolutely frozen in place like a mannequin in a shop window with his eyes shut, unaware of what was about to occur within the mysterious pocket dimension.
He was still breathing; however, his body had succumbed to multiple injuries when he emerges within the white void. He had a leg fracture and a broken rib cage. His lips and eyelids were covered in burns and blemish, showing that he was caught in a catastrophic explosion.
His attire was gravely damaged when he was abducted from the incident on his planet. He wore nothing but the remains of a scorch unitard he used previously in his world as a stunt performer.
Suddenly, Zack felt as someone was calling his name from the depths of his mind. As he then opens his eyes slightly in response to the unusual phenomenon.
"Mister Anderson, are you in agony? Do you want me to treat you, injures?" The mysterious voice issues whether or not Zack could make out decision to demand corrective treatment.
Please help me! Water- My throat is burning! I can't breathe.
*Heavy blood-curling cough!*
"Who are you?" Zack murmured in his sleep as he couldn't process what was going on at the moment as his injuries made it difficult for him to reply properly.
Zack slowly opened his eyes, trying to locate the person who asked the stunt performer if he wanted him to treat his injuries. He turns his head, but the sound he heard passes as his eyesight adjusts to the brightness of the world.
Zack closes his eyes and listens for chanting again and hoping to ask the person to relieve him of his symptoms.
The next time he overhears the question again, he turns his head in the direction the request was coming from the loudest, as his eyes open widely, but could only make out a blurred image of a male in a white robe standing over him with a hood concealing his appearance from the outsider from another world.
"Yes, Please help me! I don't want to die!" Zack looked at the hooded man with a grieving look of uneasiness.
The Hooded man nod at Zack as he examines the visitor's body as he unravels his hands from the long sleeves of the white robe as he starts the operation.
He was a hermit, a person living in seclusion in the empty world. He was 9-foot and 7 inches tall and seemed to be between 60 and 78 years of age, with a long grey beard reaching down to his torso.
He wore a white robe made of wool, atop a plaid white roman toga concealed his feet as it mixes into the white foreground.
The hermit waves his palm over Zack's injure appearance, speaking in a language the protagonist couldn't decipher, as a warm light emits from the great sage's hand, blinding the middle-aged hero and treating the burns covering his damaged skin tissue and restoring the broken ligaments.
In an instant, the hermit restored Zack's body to natural stat and proceeded to help the young man back to his feet.
"Please tried to stand on your own, Mister Anderson. It would be best if you readjusted to this world's plane of existence to function properly for your body to stabilize." The Hood man ordered as he monitors Zack's willingness to fend for himself.
Zack strumbled to his feet and was astounded that the white void was supporting his weight as do he was standing on solid ground. "Wait-how that even possible? I was floating in the atmosphere a moment ago and now feel the gravitation of this world holding me in place. Zack asks the Hood man, wondering how he was able to make the transition.
I eliminated the dark matter that you accumulated in your body from your universe and converted it to magicules. So you would be able to move proficiently in this world without damaging your body in this dimensional prison.
The Hood man explains as he begins to lift the hooded from atop his head and reveal an older adult with a long grey hair beard as Zack looks at him with a startled expression.
"Do not be alarmed, - I'm Arell God of Creation and King of the Aalok Gods. Arell spoke politely to Zack, trying not to startle the modern being. Zack stares at Arell with a dumbfounded nod.
"It's a pleasure to meet you, Mister Arell! Thank you for saving my life - My name is Zack Anderson from the United States, but I reckon you already know that! "Where are we exactly?"
Zack countered justly with an awkward grin, exhibiting no sign of resentment towards the King of gods.
"We are trap in interdimensional prison created by the evil Demon God, Demise. He seals the other Aalok Gods and me in this impregnable prison, where we can't escape and have little interference with mortal worlds.
"Wow, Demise guy actually sounds like a real supervillain from a fantasy game and light novel Zack imagined as he continues with his discussion with Arell."
Even now, I use the remainder of my powers to bring you here, Zack Anderson, from the planet earth. To convince you to reclaim my universe and release my fellow gods from their impregnable prison.
However, Demise noticed my scheme to bring you to my universe and deliberately attack you while still on earth by causing that devastating explosion.
"I regret to inform you. Mister Anderson, but you did perish in a fatal on-stage explosion. Due to my inability to hold off Demise's Demonic magic from transporting you over safely to my world.
"Many bystanders, including your colleague, were killed, consumed by the massive flames created by Demise fiendish curse," Arell replied with a mournful expression place upon his long grey beard.
The inferno consumed your entire body. Leaving nothing behind as it burning to the ground. Your soul was so severely damaged by Demonic magic that it left an imprint on your subconscious that was too severe for you to move onto the afterlife.
I use your vulnerability to drag you to my prison. Hoping to resurrect you from the catastrophe and lift the Demonic Curse place on you by Demise.
"Zack, I brought you here today from your universe to ask you to rescue my creations from the Evil Demon God, Demise.
